All plans include free updates. No card-fee cut — we never touch your sales. On a paid plan, go over your lookups and you keep working through a 20% grace band before we ask you to upgrade; past it, new lookups pause until you upgrade or your month resets. The usage meter in the app always shows where you are.

Questions
What's a "price lookup"?
One scan or card search counts as one lookup against your monthly plan — however many printings it shows you, every variant we check for it is part of that same lookup — and a lookup only counts when a live price comes back. A card priced from our stored catalog is free, and so is a scan that finds no price.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan is 50 lookups a month with no card. New subscribers start a paid plan with a free month (once per account and card), which does need a card — cancel before it ends and you’re never charged.
What happens if I go over?
Paid plans keep pricing through a 20% grace band past the limit; after that, new lookups pause until you upgrade or your month resets. The usage meter in the app always shows how many you’ve used. The Free plan stops at its 50 lookups for the month; upgrade any time to keep pricing. Your saved cards, inventory, invoices and sales keep working the whole time.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. TCGenie is a flat monthly tool. What you sell is yours, we don't process payments or skim fees.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime, up or down, with no switch fee. Volume changes between show season and the slow months, and your plan should too.
