Questions
What's a "price lookup"?
One live market price pulled for a single card, blended from our pricing sources in real time. Each card you price is one lookup against your monthly plan.
What happens if I go over?
Extra lookups roll onto a simple per-credit rate, so you're never cut off mid-session, you only pay for what you go over. We'll always flag it before it's a surprise, and your saved cards always keep working.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. TCGenie is a flat monthly tool. What you sell is yours, we don't process payments or skim fees.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime, up or down, with no switch fee. Upgrades start right away; downgrades take effect on your next billing date, so you're never double-charged. Volume changes between show season and the slow months, and your plan should too.
